Skills Development

1. Workplace Skills Planning

  • Developing and submitting a Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) to the relevant SETA.
  • Identifying skills gaps and training priorities in the organisation.

2. Skills Development Facilitation

  • Acting as a Skills Development Facilitator (SDF)  who coordinates training initiatives, SETA submissions, and grant applications.
  • Do skills gap analysis and advise on appropriate courses
  • Convene Skills Development Committee meetings

3. Compliance and Grant Management

  • Assisting employers with claiming mandatory and discretionary grants from their SETA.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Skills Development Levy requirements under the Skills Development Levies Act 9 of 1999.
